Abstract
Building on experience gained from more than 50 years of leading-edge satellite systems development, Boeing’s next-generation MILSATCOM solution will provide the Australian Defence Force (ADF) with assured access to critical Command and Control capabilities to responsively support global operations. Sovereign control of all major aspects of the end-to-end SATCOM capability allows the ADF to quickly adapt to changes in operational needs in a dynamic, contested environment and evolve the system rapidly to exploit emerging technology over the mission lifetime, advancing Australia to the forefront of resilient space communications capabilities. Boeing’s solution, delivered and integrated in Australia, also creates a strong and sustainable industry base to meet the most demanding future ADF missions.
