The Battlefield Command System (BCS) provides the Joint Land Force with highly secure, tactical digital communications, via the Tactical Communications Network (TCN), and an integrated Battle Management System (BMS) that is transforming Joint Land Force command and control from a paper-based system to a world leading, digital system.

The BCS will provide survivable, secure and resilient digital communications that will enable tactical Land forces to make better-informed decisions, by distributing the right information to the right people at the right time, increasing the likelihood of operational success and soldier safety via friendly force tracking.
