ABSTRACT
One of the greatest challenges impacting secure operational environments, is how to enable organisational agility within multi-domain ICT environments. Increasingly advanced threats, changing regulatory requirements and the complexity of Hybrid IT requires cutting edge thinking and solutions to solve these challenges.
This is why Defence implementations cannot rely exclusively on off the shelf products. Defence need an advanced Service Management ecosystem which supports, evolves and adapts quickly. Epicon – a Telstra company – and it’s next generation solutions and 1500 skilled technicians are already solving these challenges.
In November 2021, the Department of Defence extended its contract with Telstra for another five years and potential expansion up to eight years, with improved service capability, user experience, automation and analytics front and centre.
In this intriguing session, Rick Mathot, General Manager – Epicon, shares his expertise, vision and lessons in advanced Service Management, automation and proprietary integration.
Advanced Service Management ecosystems can unshackle the constraints of highly secure environments by permitting cutting edge technologies to operate seamlessly alongside legacy deployments.
Join Rick and learn how to enable contextual situation awareness via AI and machine learning whilst allowing real-time data exchange, analysis of data driven decision making, and unparalleled control in fragmented environments.
