ABSTRACT
There are a growing number of use cases for private 5G in the Defence environment from smart warehouses to smart flight lines, AR/VR training capabilities, right through to battlefield communications. In this session you will learn how defence organisations can prepare themselves both in terms of the opportunities and risks of 5G and how you can secure critical 5G infrastructure including the networks, multi-access edge computing and the 5G core.

BIOGRAPHY
Nick is currently the lead sales engineer for Defence and Space at Palo Alto Networks Australia. He has more than 15 years experience architecting security and network solutions for Australian Defence and and large enterprise, Federal and State Government organisations. He has extensive background in enterprise security architecture, network security, cloud architecture and cloud security, DevSecOps and security automation.
