ABSTRACT
The future of work is changing, with a geographically dispersed workforce, and an increasing gap in the skilled workforce sector, technology is how we will bridge the divide. To enable our frontline workers and ensure they have access to information and support, just in time learning will close that gap and reduce the loss of corporate knowledge. We are exploring a range of technologies to augment the workforce, support the workforce and shift the work to enable our staff and business to grow and continue to deliver complex things that matter. Using technology we are able to upskill staff faster and provide quality assurance across a number of activities. Our implementation of technology through a range of sectors and the use of technology help us maximize our data and use our personnel for high value activities. Data is the core of business, technology will help us rethink our future of work to deliver smarter, faster and more efficient outcomes.
