With a passion for improving citizens' lives through government, Rupert spent his career focused on technology, security, privacy and government. He was the CEO of JN Solutions for 8 years before establishing Vault in 2012 — having personally designed the security foundations of the platform, which still stands as the only system to have ever met all of ASD’s security controls for classified government data.
Under his leadership, Vault became the first to deliver PROTECTED Cloud services to the Commonwealth. Specialising in consumption-based Cloud Computing for highly secure environments. Rupert's dedication to innovation and security drives Vault Cloud's ongoing success. In December 2022, Vault was given Full Certification at the Strategic Level - Government Cloud Service by the DTA’s Hosting Certification Framework. Vault Cloud has never been breached and has maintained its position as a leader in Cloud Security in Australia.

Carl is a seasoned Defence and Federal Government Technology Sales Leader with a strong background in building government relationships across Cloud Services, Managed Services, Outsourcing, Telco, and IT infrastructure. He excels in understanding the unique technology needs of the Military and public servants, delivering effective solutions.
