Dr. Harvey has nearly 20 years of experience in the space domain conceptualizing, developing, and managing high profile efforts across the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC). He started his career in the space domain through an Air Force Research Lab (AFRL) funded Doctorate (PhD), where he designed and implemented a control theory for their Plug-and-Play (PnP) Satellite program. Upon receiving his PhD, Dr. Harvey served as a civilian for AFRL in the Space Vehicles Directorate providing technical direction on numerous laboratory efforts ranging from small SBIR efforts to Acquisition Category (ACAT) 1 programs. He then worked for several contracting organizations on DoD and IC enterprise space operations, SSA, and enterprise software. He also became an expert in security architectures and Identity and Data Access Management strategies. In 2018, Dr. Harvey focused his expertise on founding Bluestaq, LLC, a software company in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Bluestaq developed the Unified Data Library (UDL) for the US Space Force (USSF). The UDL has become the data fabric of choice for multi-domain situational awareness and operations.
