Rapidly Integrating the Battlespace Using 2iC’s CORE Software
1:45 PM - 2:00 PMBiography
Presentation Details
In this presentation, Nick Peach, Chief Technology Officer of 2iC Limited, will provide an insightful product brief on the 2iC CORE Software platform. This session aims to deliver a comprehensive overview of the software, showcasing its unique interoperability capabilities and applications with references from recent use cases.
The presentation will delve into specific aspects of 2iC CORE, with a focus on three key elements: Project Quicksilver, Remote Autonomous Integration, and Cross Domain Solutions. Project Quicksilver showcases the work 2iC is conducting with the British Army’s Special Operations Brigade; specifically building a C5ISR programme and how 2iC software is rapidly deploying and integrating new technologies. This feature is particularly beneficial for similarly sized organisations needing to adapt quickly to evolving technological environments.
The discussion on Remote Autonomous Integration will demonstrate how 2iC CORE supports seamless and secure integration of autonomous systems. This capability is crucial for operations that rely on unmanned systems, such as drones or autonomous vehicles, enabling them to communicate and coordinate effectively without compromising security.
Lastly, the presentation will explore Cross Domain Solutions, which illustrates how 2iC CORE enables secure data sharing between different trust domains. This is essential in scenarios where information needs to be exchanged across varying levels of trust, ensuring that sensitive data is protected while maintaining operational efficiency. A key facet in both RAS integration and Partner Force Operations.
This product brief will provide attendees with a clear understanding of how 2iC CORE Software can enhance operational capabilities and security in diverse environments. The presentation is particularly relevant for operators, engineers, desk officers and decision-makers looking for robust, versatile solutions to meet their digital integration needs. Attendees will gain valuable insights into leveraging 2iC CORE for improving interoperability and efficiency in their battlefield operations.

Nova Systems
DME enabling C4 Speed to Capability
2:15 PM - 2:30 PMBiography
Presentation Details
Digital Mission Engineering (DME) principles allow Nova Systems to unlock efficiencies in balancing operational risk with operational tempo for the sought operational relevance in solutions.
Applying our expertise and capability our Digital Engineering, Test & Evaluation, Critical Communication and Electromagnetic Spectrum Engineering domains, we pioneer Minimum Viable Product (MVP) solutions true to the Continuous Capability Development and Delivery (C2D2) approach.
Our ‘mini product brief’ will provide a ‘30,000ft view’ on our Nova Systems DME Strategy and make correlations to ‘ground level’ - current and relevant -Defence developments.
Biography
Since 2022 Flo is the Nova Systems’ C4ISREW Solution Architect. Flo is a professional Electronics/ Communication Systems Engineer and Project Manager with over 25 years’ experience in successful delivery of high-quality mission critical products commencing with the establishment of the delivery architecture.
His agile approach, combined leadership skills, technical expertise, engineering authority, and detailed framework and process knowledge enable him to effectively manage and deliver large-scale projects operating in a complex and dynamic environment; whilst always keeping the clear focus on the required outcome for the customer.
