Details

Once the decisions for what performance and availability metrics to purchase are finalized, the critically important work of deployment, integration, adoption, and continuous improvement begin. Many deployments are unable to achieve full effectiveness because deployment teams fail to think beyond the new metrics. A foundational strategy is needed to drive new proactive processes, workflows, automations, and cross team cooperation. In this session we’ll review field tested US-DoD strategies centered around a Performance Command Centre, mandated to drive continuous improvements in IT Service Delivery and mission success across the operational landscape.
