John is an expert in full stack observability, technology adoption, performance troubleshooting and has been a major contributor to Riverbed’s break through products for AiOps and Intelligent Automation.
John has direct interaction with Riverbed Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Support, Professional Services, and Partners to represent, and help drive, customer requirements for features / functions that are critical to ongoing mission success.
