Details
The complexity of modern warfare requires military capabilities undergo rigorous testing before being introduced into service to ensure their reliability, effectiveness and readiness to operate under challenging and dynamic operational conditions. As military operations increasingly depend on advanced technologies and integrated systems, the significance of comprehensive electromagnetic testing cannot be overstated. To support this broad testing requirement, the conduct of both system and operational testing and evaluation (T&E) are essential for ensuring that military assets are fully prepared to meet the demands of today’s complex battlespace. Through realistic technical assessments conducted in both controlled environments and simulated operational scenarios, T&E provides critical insights into system performance, enabling military personnel to evaluate the capability’s ability to fight and win within the complex multi-domain battlespace.
As a recognised test and assurance technology leader, Rohde & Schwarz will conduct a non-commercial 50-minute presentation discussing the importance of rigorously testing military capabilities prior to operational service. The brief will highlight the differences between system and operational testing, as well as the processes and technologies needed to ensure military capabilities can successfully operate within the complex contemporary battlespace.
