Electromagnetic Spectrum (EMS) characterisation is crucial for the successful prosecution of missions within the modern battlespace. As military operations increasingly depend on advanced technologies that rely on the EMS, understanding and managing the spectrum becomes vital for achieving tactical, operational and strategic objectives. Effective EMS characterisation allows for the identification, exploitation and protection of critical communication, radar and electronic warfare systems ensuring they function optimally in complex and contested environments. With 21 years of dedicated service in the regular army, Chris transitioned seamlessly into the defence industry where he has held key senior technologist positions. Throughout his career, he has led numerous projects, collaborated closely with government organisations and demonstrated exceptional leadership in driving innovation within the sector. Chris' commitment to excellence and his strong connections to the military community have established him as a trusted advisor and leader.
