Biography
John Hillsdon is the Defence Account General Manager and respected Leader with DXC Technology’s Defence and Public Sector business with additional responsibility for DXC’s AIC, IPP and Veteran programs. He has a strong commitment to developing partnerships with sovereign businesses to enhance Australia’s National Defence capabilities.
With an esteemed 30-year career in the ICT Industry, prior to focusing on the Public Sector, John began his career as a network engineer moving into program delivery, pre-sales, sales, consulting across the telecommunications and finance sectors.
John has worked with Defence and Defence Industry for the last 20 years. He leverages this experience and knowledge to help clients solve complex challenges which has earned him a reputation for delivering successful programs across the ANZ region for Defence and National Security. John prides himself on building relationships based on honesty, trust and a deep understanding of the clients business and surrounding environmental challenges.

Biography
Kristian Tran is a Senior Manager of Federal Solutions at C3 AI, bringing over a decade of experience in AI and digital transformation within both the public and private sectors. At C3 AI, Kristian leads initiatives focused on leveraging enterprise-scale AI to support digital transformation for federal clients, with a strong emphasis on mission-critical applications in defense and national security.
Prior to joining C3 AI, Kristian developed AI-driven defense products and led enterprise product initiatives at public and private companies. Kristian has also contributed to digital modernization efforts as a government civilian within the U.S. Department of Defense and the United States Digital Service, implementing solutions that enhance government service delivery through technology.
Kristian holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Computer Science from Wellesley College, with additional studies at University College London and Princeton University. Recognized for leadership in cross-functional team environments and expertise in managing AI-driven projects, she is passionate about advancing technology solutions that drive meaningful outcomes in defense.
