Big Things have an important role to play in geo-politics and maintaining peace through deterrence in a Rules-Based-Order. Submarines, Ships, Tanks and Fast jet Aircraft are still important.
Small Things however like: Bio-Weapons, Radio Waves, Lazer-Power, Quantum-Bits and Robotics and Automated Platforms are rapidly overtaking and leading future Defensive Posture and Mission Capability Needs.
How we develop, iterate and respond to these needs are more crucial than ever in the past to ensuring Peace for the next decade.
