Tim Joseph is an Engineering Manager at Hanwha Defence Australia. He has over 19 years of experience in Defence CIS integration to Military Vehicles, working extensively across all elements of C5ISR. At HDA, Tim leads the engineering division focused on creating and integrating hardware and software capabilities that enable vehicle crews to operate in highly complex contested environments. He oversees a team of engineers and technicians who are delivering world leading integrated systems to the ADF.

Before joining HDA, Tim worked in Engineering and Sustainment Management roles within CASG and was part of the team that delivered the digitisation of the deployed Bushmaster fleet. Tim is an engineering executive who is passionate about delivering practical and operationally relevant solutions to the end user and building, leading and growing teams that deliver on this promise.
