Group Captain Sean Ahern is the Director Air Domain C4 in Air Capability Division. GPCAPT Ahern has extensive Defence experience across capability development, acquisition and sustainment, international engagement, and operations. A specialist in guided weapons capability, he has supported major Australian Defence Force weapons programs through operational, sustainment and acquisition roles.

GPCAPT Andrew Brandham is Joint Capability Group’s lead for Warfighting Networks and Applications. GPCAPT Brandham has extensive experience across Air Force, CASG and JCG.

Colonel Phillip Ellsmore is the Director Land C4ISREW within Army Headquarters, responsible for the development, integration and modernisation of the land force's Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance and Electronic Warfare capabilities. Since joining the Australian Army in 2004, he has served in a variety of command and staff appointments across Army, Special Operations Command and Joint Capabilities Group. His experience spans capability development, cyber operations, communications systems and major capability acquisition programs.

Colonel Ellsmore has deployed on Operation SLIPPER and has led the delivery of significant digital and network modernisation initiatives that enhance the Australian Army's ability to operate in increasingly contested and data-rich environments. In his current role, he focuses on accelerating the adoption of emerging technologies, strengthening interoperability with allies and partners, and delivering the integrated digital capabilities needed for future land operations.

WGCDR Melville is currently the Acting Director of C4 Design Directorate in VCDF Group where he is responsible for ensuring Defence’s future C4 mission design requirements are aligned to the outcomes within the National Defence Strategy. WGCDR Melville has held diverse roles in project management, strategic design and tactical cyberspace operations roles across a diverse range of Air Force platforms. WGCDR Melville holds Bachelor of Electrical Engineering and Master degrees in Engineering Science, Systems Engineering, and Military and Defence Studies.

CAPT Kate Pisani leads the Navy’s efforts in assured command and control, driving integration and resilience across maritime C4 capabilities. As Director, she plays a key role in shaping joint interoperability and supporting mission assurance through innovative design and governance.
