Biography
Peter Baussmann serves as Airlock Digital’s Chief Technology Officer, responsible for our technology and cybersecurity functions. With more than 25 years’ industry experience, Peter is passionate about helping companies defend against rapidly evolving threats. Before joining our business, Peter was the Executive Director for Cloud Security and Solutions at CyberCX, responsible for executing organizational strategy, driving adoption of cloud services, and building company value. Supported by a highly capable team, Peter established the Cloud Security and Solutions practice at CyberCX, integrating five recently acquired technology and security companies into a global, cohesive, and industry-first capability.
Prior to CyberCX, Peter founded and held the position of Chief Executive Officer of Foresight, responsible for its growth into a specialist, multi-million-dollar cybersecurity company with clients that included international technology companies, Australian Government agencies, and cloud service providers. Peter’s industry certifications include Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and ISO27001 Lead Auditor. He is an IRAP Assessor under the Australian Signals Directorate's Infosec Registered Assessor Program.
