Please read before commencing the membership renewal


You are about to pay for your membership application for the Australia & New Zealand Rhinologic Society (ANZRS) 2020 - 2021 Financial Year.

To complete the details on each page:

1. read each section carefully and only fill in information as instructed - all information should be typed in sentence case (e.g. John Smith)

2. use the 'Tab' key to move from one field to the next field

3. click Next, to proceed to the next page

4. payment must be made by credit card to complete your membership.

On submission of your membership:

1. your information and credit card details will be encrypted and securely processed via SecurePay

2. you should receive an automated response of submission within five (5) minutes which will have your membership summary attached

3. if you have NOT received a confirmation letter and tax invoice/receipt, within 24 hours, please contact the ANZRS Secretariat.
