On submission of your registration:
1. your information and credit card details will be encrypted and securely forwarded to Consec - Conference and Event Management
2. you should receive an automated response of submission within 15 minutes which will have your tax invoice and confirmation letter attached
3. if you have NOT received a confirmation letter and tax invoice within an hour of registering please contact Consec - Conference and Event Management.

Please note:
1. The automated response after your submission means your details have been processed and your credit card has been charged
2. Registrations will be not be accepted to the office from 5.00pm AEST 26 September 2022
3. Payment must be made online by credit card at time of registration
4. Attendees are advised that photographs may be taken during the meeting and reproduced for promotional purposes.

ANZSPO Networking Drinks will be held at QT Hotel from 5.00pm - 6:30pm on Friday 30 September .

This function does not incur any additional costs, however, it is essential to indicate below if you wish to attend the networking drinks.  You will not be able to attend unless you have done so.

Full payment will be paid on arrival. •Any changes, amendments or cancellations to your booking must be made before 29 July 2022. Any cancellations, no shows or changes to bookings on or after 30 July 2022 until 29 August 2022 will result in 100% charge for one (1) night accommodation. Any cancellations, no shows or changes to bookings on or after 30 August 2022 will result in 100% charge equal to the full accommodation. Terms and Conditions
Conference cancellation and refund policy Delegates who find themselves unable to attend the conference after submitting a registration form are most welcome to nominate a substitute. In the case of a cancellation, delegates must inform Consec - Conference and Event Management in writing of their inability to attend. A refund of the registration fee, less a cancellation fee of $110.00 (AUD) including GST will be made on or before 12 September 2022. No refunds will be made to anything after the 12 September 2022. All refunds prior to 12 September 2022 will be made after the conference. Any changes made to a registration within seven (7) days of the conference will incur a $40.00 administrative fee. Disclaimer The conference program and registration information is correct as the time of viewing/ printing. However, the organisers reserve the right to change information where necessary without notice. Attendees are advised that photographs may be taken during the conference and reproduced for promotional purposes.
