1. read each section carefully and only fill out information as instructed - all information should be typed in sentence case (eg John Smith)

On submission of your registration:
1. your information and credit card details will be encrypted and securely forwarded to Consec - Conference and Event Management
2. you should receive an automated response of submission within 15 minutes which will have your tax invoice and confirmation letter attached
3. if you have NOT received a confirmation letter and tax invoice within an hour of registering please contact Consec - Conference and Event Management.

Please note:
1. the automated response after your submission means your details have been processed and your credit card has been charged
2. payment must be made online by credit card at time of registration
3. attendees are advised that photographs may be taken during the meeting and reproduced for promotional purposes.

Expression of Interest for Coach Transfers

Optional coach transfers may be arranged for attendees at the direct cost of the service. Availability is subject to sufficient demand.

Attendees who elect to participate will be responsible for payment of the transfer cost. Further information will be communicated once interest has been confirmed.

Accommodation

A block booking has been made at Peppers Noosa Resort & Villas. All prices will be in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

The rates quoted for accommodation are specially negotiated rates for delegates of the conference. Please do not contact the hotel directly to make accommodation bookings, as the special rates can only be accessed by booking through Consec - Conference and Event Management.

Please provide credit card details (which will be forwarded securely to the hotel directly) to secure your accommodation room in accordance with the accommodation booking conditions. Please check the appropriate box on the registration form to authorise the forwarding of your credit card details to the hotel.

Take note of the conditions of booking as provided below. Any requests to change a booking MUST be made in writing to Consec - Conference and Event Management at anzspo@consec.com.au.

Hotel will charge accommodation to guest credit card 14 days prior to check in. Payments made by credit card may incur a credit card surcharge. Any changes, amendments or cancellations to your booking must be made on or before 7 September 2026. Any cancellations, no shows or changes to bookings after 7 September 2026 will result in the entire accommodation charge for each room cancelled. Any changes/cancellations must be made in writing to anzspo@consec.com.au. Price inclusive of breakfast. Complimentary guest parking.
