  1. Read each section carefully and only fill out information as instructed - all information should be typed in sentence case (e.g. John Smith).
  2. Only fill out details that apply to you.

On submission of your registration:

  1. Your information and credit card details will be encrypted and securely forwarded to Consec – Conference and Event Management.

Please ensure you have carefully read the terms and conditions. By registering for the 5th Combined Australian and New Zealand Entomological Societies Conference you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not understand any part of the terms and conditions, please do not hesitate to ask us for more information. Privacy Policy In registering for the 5th Combined Australian and New Zealand Entomological Societies Conference, your name and contact details may be published either for distribution to fellow delegates or to another party. Cancellation Policy Paid delegates who find themselves unable to attend the Conference after submitting a registration form are most welcome to nominate a substitute. In the case of a cancellation, delegates must inform Consec – Conference and Event Management in writing of their inability to attend. A refund of the registration fee, less a cancellation fee of $66.00 (AUD) including GST, will be made on registration cancellations received up to 1 November 2025. NO refund will be made on any registration or social function cancellation received after 1 November 2025. Disclaimer In the event that the Conference is cancelled by the Organisers or by any reason of any factor outside the control of the Organisers the Conference cannot take place; the amount of the Registration Fee shall be refunded. The liability of the Organisers shall be limited to that refund and shall not be liable for any other loss, cost or expense, however caused, incurred or arising. In particular, Organisers shall not be liable to refund any travel or hotel costs incurred by delegates or their organisations. It follows that delegates are advised to take out comprehensive insurance, including travel insurance. The Organisers cannot accept any liability for death, injury, any loss, cost or expense suffered by any person (including accompanying persons or partners or attendant caregivers), if such loss is caused or results from the act, default or omission of any person other than an employee or agent of the Organisers. The Organisers cannot accept any liability for losses arising from the provision or non-provision of services provided by hotel companies or transport operators. Nor can the Organisers accept liability for losses suffered by reason of COVID, war including threat of war, riots and civil strife, terrorist activity, natural disasters, airline industrial disputes, weather, fire, flood, drought, technical, mechanical or electrical breakdown within any premises visited by delegates and/or partners in connection with the Conference, nor losses suffered by reason of industrial disputes, governmental action, registrations or technical problems which may affect the services provided in connection with the Conference. Delegates are advised that video footage and photographs may be taken during the Conference and reproduced for promotional purposes.
