Cancellation Policy
This conference is a cost-recovered initiative of the AGLS. Accordingly, we are unfortunately unable to provide refunds if a registered participant can no longer attend. If, after successful registration, you are unable to attend, please liaise within your organisation to transfer your registration to another person to attend in your place. Transfer of or any changes to your registration can be made by contacting Consec – Conference and Event Management at agls@consec.com.au.
Other than the ticket price, to which the above conditions apply, the costs of a participant’s attendance at the conference, including any travel and accommodation costs and incidentals, are incurred at each participant’s sole risk and will not be reimbursed in-part or in full.

The AGLS program and registration information is correct at the time of viewing/printing. However, the organisers reserve the right to change the information where necessary without notice.
Privacy statement
In registering for the AGLS Conference, relevant details will be incorporated into an attendee list for the benefit of all attendees (name, organisation, state/country only – in accordance with the Australian Privacy Amendment Act 2000) and may be made available to parties directly related to AGLS. By completing this registration form, you acknowledge that the details supplied by you may be used for the above purposes.
Technical requirements
To participate during the AGLS Conference, all virtual delegates are required to have their own device, high speed internet connection, headset and webcam facilities for online meetings and networking sessions (this equipment is highly recommended, but not imperative).
For the best viewing experience, we recommend that you join the conference using Google Chrome.
It is the responsibility of all delegates to ensure your equipment meets hardware, software and bandwidth requirements. Please consult with your IT staff or consultant to ensure you are ready and available to access all elements of the AGLS Conference.
