Introduction to Configuration Management

The Introduction to Configuration Management course provides attendees with an understanding of the discipline of configuration management including the associated standards, functions, processes and practices. The course addresses why configurations are important and how they are identified and managed across the system life cycle. The course is ideally suited to those relatively new to program, project and product management, particularly attendees from Defence, other government agencies, and defence industry.
