Membership Nomination for the Laryngology Society of Australasia (LSA)


Please read the important information below before commencing the membership nomination.


Nominations for membership need to be completed online. Nomination for membership is subject to the approval of the executive and ratification at the AGM.

Once your nomination is approved by the executive you will be provided with a link to complete your 2024/2025 financial year membership payment.


To complete the details on each page:

1. read each section carefully and only fill in information as required - all information should be typed in sentence case (eg Norman Smith)

2. use the 'Tab' key to move from one field to the next

3. click continue, to proceed to the next page

4. payment must be made by credit card to complete your membership nomination

On submission of your membership nomination:

1. your information and credit card details will be encrypted and securely processed via SecurePay

2. you should receive an automated response of submission within five (5) minutes which will have your membership summary attached

3. take note of the membership reference number and, if you have NOT received a confirmation letter and tax invoice/receipt, within 24 hours, please contact Consec - Conference and Event Management.
