On submission of your registration:

Any cancellation, no-show or booking change after Friday 20 February 2026 will result in a 100% charge for the full stay.

Coach Transfer

To support delegate travel, a complimentary coach transfer will be available between the conference venue and the conference dinner at the National Arboretum Canberra.

Please indicate during registration whether you require a coach transfer to and from the conference dinner. This information will help us finalise transport numbers and timings.
