12th IFAC Symposium on Nonlinear Control Systems


The 12th IFAC Symposium on Nonlinear Control Systems (NOLCOS) is scheduled to take place on 4-6 January 2023 at Australian National University in Canberra. 

If you are registering delegates for the symposium other than yourself, you will need to obtain consent prior to doing so.

Registration information

Each paper must be presented in person at the symposium in order to be included in the proceedings and included in the program.  If you are presenting at the symposium, please register your paper details below.  (The expectation is that all papers are presented by an author of that paper – if this is not the case, please contact the program chair Robert.Mahony@anu.edu.au.)

It is not encouraged to have a single speaker presenting multiple papers at NOLCOS, however, we understand that several colleagues are authors on multiple submissions and it may not be possible to arrange travel for all authors.   For this reason we have provided the option to register to present two papers.  Should you wish to present more than this you will need separate permission from the program chair Robert.Mahony@anu.edu.au

Social Functions

The Welcome Function, Symposium Dinner and Farewell Function are inclusive for all Registration Types.

If you will not be able to, or do not intend to, attend any of the functions we would appreciate knowing in advance to aid in venue management.

Welcome Reception

The Welcome Reception will be held on 4 January in the Kambri Centre at the Australian National University.

Symposium Dinner

The Conference Dinner will be held on 5 January at the National Museum of Australia.

Farewell Function

The Farewell Function will be held on 6 January in the Kambri Centre at Australian National University.

Accommodation

1. A block booking of accommodation has been made at Novotel Canberra for the period of 2 January - 7 January 2023, to book one of these rooms, please indicate your accommodation requirements below, if you do not wish to make a booking at Novotel Canberra, please select the No Accommodation Required button below.

 
Your booking will then be passed onto the relevant hotel. Please be aware government-issued photo identification and a credit card imprint is required at check-in for incidental charges / security during your stay. At 30-Days prior to arrival: All confirmed rooms must be guaranteed with a credit card. The Hotel will debit the individual credit cards for the full accommodation balance at 30-days prior to the arrival. Failure to provide a credit card will result in the booking cancellation. Any cancellations, no shows or changes to bookings will result in 100% charge for all nights. Any changes / cancellations MUST be made in writing to conferences@consec.com.au. Please note credit card payments incur a Credit Card Merchant Service Fee of 1.1%, in addition to the total amount payable (charged by the hotel). All rates are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).
