Individual and Group Registration


To register for PARARI 2026 as a full symposium delegate, please follow the steps listed below.

  • Select the number of delegates you would like to register
  • Please enter one (1) if you are only registering yourself
  • Enter the names of all delegates in your group
  • Then click 'Next' to begin the registration process.

Please note: you will be required to complete the online registration process for each delegate. If you are registering delegates for the symposium other than yourself, you will need to obtain consent prior to doing so.

All registrations must be paid for using a credit card. Please contact Consec – Conference and Event Management on +61 2 62521200 or email parari@consec.com.au should you have any questions.

You are about to begin the Symposium Delegate Registration for the PARARI 2026 Symposium.

To complete the details on each page:

  • Read each section carefully and only fill out information as instructed - all information should be typed in sentence case (eg John Smith).
  • Use the 'Tab' key to move from one field to the next.
  • Only fill out details that apply to you.
  • Click ‘Next’ to proceed to the next page.

On submission of your registration:

  • Your information and credit card details will be encrypted and securely forwarded to Consec – Conference and Event Management.
  • You should receive an automated response of submission within 15 minutes which will be your confirmation email with a receipt attached. If you have not received a confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder.
  • If you have NOT received a confirmation email within an hour of registering please contact Consec – Conference and Event Management.

Please note:

  • The automated response after your submission means your details have been processed and your credit card has been charged.
  • Consec – Conference and Event Management will be onsite on Tuesday 24 November 2026. Contact to the Consec office regarding the symposium must be made before this date.
  • Symposium registrations will not be accepted to the office from 5.00pm on Friday 20 November 2026.
  • Delegates are advised that photographs may be taken during the symposium and reproduced for promotional purposes.

Full 3-day Defence and Non-Defence Registration Inclusions

  • Attendance at all symposium sessions (plenary and parallel streams).
  • Morning/afternoon teas and lunches as per the program.

  • Welcome Function on Tuesday 24 November 2026.
  • Symposium Dinner on Wednesday 25 November 2026.
  • Name badge and symposium bag.

A block booking of accommodation has been made at the Crowne Plaza and A by Adina for the period Monday 23 - Thursday 26 November 2026.

You will NOT be charged for your accommodation booking on this registration form. We recommend reading the terms and conditions of the hotel carefully to ensure you understand the polices that apply to your booking.
