COLLABORATION BETWEEN GOVERNMENT AND INDUSTRY, TO ACHIEVE NATIONAL SECURITY, RESILIENCE, AND OTHER OUTCOMES OF SIGNIFICANCE

In this workshop, participants will explore innovative strategies for enhancing collaboration between Government and Industry sectors amidst rapid transformation and change. Through interactive sessions and case studies, attendees will delve into effective collaboration approaches and engagement models, aimed at optimising project outcomes. 

Key learning outcomes include understanding the unique challenges and opportunities presented by rapid transformation in different contexts, identifying best practices for fostering cross-sector collaboration, and developing strategies for leveraging emerging trends to streamline project management processes.
