Accommodation

Block bookings have been made at Park Royal, Novotel Sydney Darling Harbour and the Ibis Sydney Darling Harbour.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. 

The rates quoted for accommodation are specially negotiated rates for delegates of the conference. Please do not contact the hotel directly to make accommodation bookings, as the special rates can only be accessed by booking through Consec – Conference and Event Management. 

Accommodation can be booked when registering for the conference, alternatively, please contact Consec via email at aipm@consec.com.au or phone 02 6252 1200. 

Please provide credit card details (which will be forwarded to the hotel directly) to secure your accommodation in accordance with the accommodation booking conditions. Please check the appropriate box on the registration form to authorise the forwarding of your credit card details to the hotel. Take note of the conditions of booking for each of the hotels as provided below. Any requests to change a booking MUST be made in writing to Consec – Conference and Event Management.

Park Royal

  • Superior King Room - $315 per night (Includes breakfast for one)

Perfectly located on the Sydney CBD side of the hotel, our Superior rooms comfortably fit an additional rollaway bed if required.

  • A valid credit card is required to secure an accommodation booking.
  • Guest credit cards will be charged by the hotel 3 days prior to the first date of arrival.
  • Check in from 2pm and check out 11am.
  • Any changes, amendments or cancellations to your booking must be made on or before Tuesday 5 August 2025. Any cancellations, no shows or changes to bookings after Tuesday 5 August 2025 will result in a 100% charge for the entire duration of the booking. Ibis Darling Harbour

  • Guest credit cards will be charged one night’s deposit by the hotel 30 days prior to arrival, non-refundable, with the balance payable upon check in.
  • Secure undercover car parking is available on a first come, first served basis at a charge of $65 per vehicle per day, unlimited entry.
  • Check in from 3pm and check out 11am.
