Registration inclusions:
Current financial members of AIPM can select the member rate during the registration process.
Please note you will be required to enter your membership number during registration.
Sharing of registrations is not permitted. One registration may not be utilised by several individuals.
Early Bird Registration fees are available until Monday 16 June 2025.
Standard Registration fees are available from Tuesday 17 June 2025 until Friday 8 August 2025.

Paid attendees who find themselves unable to attend the conference after submitting a registration form are most welcome to nominate a substitute. In the case of a cancellation, attendees must inform Consec – Conference and Event Management in writing of their inability to attend. A refund of the registration fee, less a cancellation fee of $155 including GST will be made on or before Wednesday 9 July 2025. If registration is cancelled on or before 8 August 2025 50% of item(s) cancelled will be refunded. NO refunds will be made to anything after Saturday 9 August 2025. Any change made to a registration within seven (7) days of the convention will incur a $40 administrative fee.
The Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM) reserves the right to cancel any registration under the following conditions:
a) If the registrant is found to be in violation of the AIPM Code of Ethics and Conduct Policy, which includes but is not limited to behaviours deemed unprofessional, disrespectful, or otherwise in conflict with the values upheld by the AIPM.
b) If the registrant is found to be in breach of the AIPM Conflict of Interest Policy, particularly in cases where a personal or financial interest may compromise their integrity or impartiality within the event's context.
c) If the registrant fails to comply with any other relevant AIPM policies or guidelines that are essential for ensuring a respectful, inclusive, and professionally conducive environment at the event. Should a registration be cancelled under these terms, the registrant will be notified immediately, and any applicable refunds will be assessed in accordance with the standard refund policy.

The conference program and registration information is correct at the time of viewing/printing. However, the organisers reserve the right to change the information where necessary without notice. Attendees are advised that photographs may be taken during the conference and reproduced for promotional purposes.
In the event of industrial disruptions, the Australian Institute of Project Management and the conference organisers accept no responsibility. In the event of the venue becoming unusable or other circumstances or the need to cancel the conference, there can be no liability on AIPM or the organisers.

Delegates will be regarded in every aspect as carrying their own risk for loss or injury to persons or property, including baggage during the conference. We strongly recommend that at the time of booking your travel and tours, you take out a travel insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include the loss of deposit through cancellation, medical insurance, loss or damage to personal property, financial loss incurred through disruptions to accommodation or travel arrangements. The organisers are in no way responsible for any claims concerning insurance.
Your name badge is your entry to conference sessions and exhibition. If you misplace your name badge, please go to the registration desk and ask for a replacement.
