ACCOMMODATION

A block booking has been made at the QT Hotel, Ovolo Nishi, A by Adina, Peppers Gallery and Nesuto Canberra.

All prices will be in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

The rates quoted for accommodation are specially negotiated rates for delegates of the convention. Please do not contact the hotel directly to make accommodation bookings, as the special rates can only be accessed by booking through Consec – Conference and Event Management.

Please provide credit card details (which will be forwarded to the hotel directly) to secure your accommodation in accordance with the accommodation booking conditions. Please check the appropriate box on the registration form to authorise the forwarding of your credit card details to the hotel. Take note of the conditions of booking for each of the hotels as provided below.

Any requests to change a booking MUST be made in writing to Consec – Conference and Event Management.

QT HOTEL

King Room - $269.00 per night

All payments made by credit card will incur a credit card surcharge (based on the total amount to be paid). Visa, MasterCard, and Amex incur a 1.08% surcharge.
Any changes, amendments, or cancellations, made on or after the 2 September 2024 will result in the entire accommodation charge for each room cancelled.
Guests to finalise all accounts at the hotel on check in.

Original Sun Room – $279.00 per night

Any cancellations to bookings after 16 August to 03 September 2024 will result in 100% of one night’s accommodation charge for each room cancelled. Any changes, amendments, or cancellations, made on or after the 4 September 2024 will result in the entire accommodation charge for each room cancelled.
