We invite you to contribute to the vibrant discussions at this year’s METexpo by submitting a paper for presentation. This is your opportunity to share your insights, research and innovative ideas with fellow industry professionals and thought leaders. Whether you’re an experienced expert or a passionate newcomer, your voice matters in shaping the future of media and technology.

Topics of Interest 

We welcome submissions that align with our event theme - Capture, Create, Deliver, Connect - and cover a wide range of subjects within the media and entertainment landscape. This includes, but is not limited to, advancements in technology, creative storytelling, content production, distribution strategies and industry trends.

PAPER SUBMISSION PROCESS

Select your presentation type: 

• 10 minute - Presentation

• 20 minute - Presentation with Q&A

• 20 minute - Case Study

• 40 minute - Panel

• 40 minute - Keynote Presentation.

How to submit your paper: 

Please click on the below link to submit your paper through our portal. You will be required to supply the following information:

• presenter's name

• presentation title

• presentation outline (300 words)

• short bio of presenter and photo as well as contact details. 

If selected to present, you will then be provided with further instructions closer to the event that will advise you of your presentation format, program agenda and presentation timing, presentation guidelines and other necessary information.

KEY DATES

- Abstract submissions open: Late November

- Abstract submissions close: Friday 14 March 2025

- Notification of acceptance / non acceptance: Friday 11 April 2025

- Final chance to withdraw from the program: Wednesday 23 April 2025

- Program released: Wednesday 30 April 2025
