GUIDELINES FOR CONFERENCE PRESENTATIONS
We ask all presenters to adhere to the following guidelines.
Non-Commercial Focus – Presentations must be educational and informative, not promotional. While case studies are encouraged, they should focus on industry challenges, innovations, or solutions rather than specific products or services.
Case Studies & Real-World Examples – You are welcome to showcase real-world implementations, challenges, and lessons learned. However, these should be presented objectively, without direct sales pitches or excessive brand promotion.
Balanced Content – Ensure your presentation provides value to a broad audience by including insights, best practices, and technical knowledge applicable beyond your organisation or product.
Minimal Branding – Company logos and references should be kept to a reasonable level (e.g., on title and closing slides). Avoid excessive use of brand names, slogans, or marketing messages.
Technical & Thought Leadership Approach – Content should focus on technology advancements, industry trends, workflows, and innovations that contribute to professional knowledge.
Engagement & Clarity – Presentations should be structured for clarity, engagement, and time efficiency, ensuring that key messages are effectively conveyed within the allocated timeframe.
By following these guidelines, we can maintain a high standard of content that benefits all attendees. If you have any questions about your presentation’s alignment with these expectations.
