Accommodation
Block bookings have been made at Hotel Realm, Burbury Hotel and Little National Hotel.
All prices will be in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
The rates quoted for accommodation are specially negotiated rates for delegates of the summit. Please do not contact the hotels directly to make accommodation bookings, as the special rates can only be accessed by booking through Consec – Conference and Event Management.
Accommodation can be booked when registering for the summit, alternatively, please contact Consec via email at aipm@consec.com.au or phone 02 6252 1200.
Please provide credit card details (which will be forwarded to the hotel directly) to secure your accommodation in accordance with the accommodation booking conditions. Please check the appropriate box on the registration form to authorise the forwarding of your credit card details to the hotel. Take note of the conditions of booking for each of the hotels as provided below. Any requests to change a booking MUST be made in writing to Consec – Conference and Event Management.
Hotel Realm

Breakfast - Available at Ostani located at the Hotel Realm from 06:30am to 10:30am at an additional cost. Booking is essential.
Day use policy / late checkout - Later departures up to 5.00pm are available subject to availability at an additional charge. Beyond 5.00pm the full day rate will be applicable.
Parking Cost - Undercover secure parking is available for $15 per 24 hours.
- Hotel will charge guest credit card for full accommodation amount 21 days prior to check in.
- All payments made by credit card will incur a credit card surcharge.
- Any changes, amendments or cancellations to your booking must be made on or before 5 February 2025. Any cancellations, no shows or changes to bookings after 5 February 2025 will result in the entire accommodation charge for each room cancelled. Any changes/cancellations must be made in writing to aipm@consec.com.au
Burbury Hotel
- Burbury Room Rate - $250 per night

Located on Burbury Close in Barton Canberra, on the footsteps of Parliament House, the Burbury Hotel & Apartments is contemporary in design and conceived for the corporate business visitor and discerning traveller alike.
- Guest's credit cards will be charged a one (1) night deposit 30 days prior to arrival.
- All payments made by credit card will incur a credit card surcharge.
- Any changes, amendments or cancellations to your booking must be made on or before 5 February 2025. Any cancellations, no shows or changes to bookings after 5 February 2025 will result in the entire accommodation charge for each room cancelled. Little National Hotel
- LNC Room Rate - $230 per night
