Optional Workshops & Masterclasses
Date: Tuesday 25 November 2025
Location: UNSW Canberra City Campus and online
Format: Attendees must select either in-person or online workshops and masterclasses
Featuring: Two sequential online sessions and two interactive in-person workshops
Your registration fee below is for the Summit; the optional workshops and masterclasses are free - please complete the registration for these at the same time as your summit registration.

Early Bird In-Person and Virtual Registration fees are available online until Monday 18 August 2025.
Standard In-Person Registration fees are available online from Tuesday 19 August 2025 through to Friday 14 November 2025.
Standard Virtual Registration fees are available online from Tuesday 19 August 2025 through to Sunday 23 November 2025.
Important Notes
- All costs are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
- All items, with the exception of accommodation, must be paid for in advance of the summit. If opting to pay via EFT, payment must be received at least seven (7) days prior to the summit.
- Your registration is not confirmed until full payment has been received.
Refund Policy and Terms and Conditions
- Any cancellation must be made in writing to Consec – Conference and Event Management at adesummit@consec.com.au.
- No refund will be made on any registration cancellations.
- Substitute delegates are permitted up until 10 November 2025.
- Any changes made to a registration within seven (7) days of the summit will incur a $40.00 (inc. GST) administrative fee.
If the summit cannot be held in person - registrants who registered to attend the symposium in person will be automatically transferred to the online component and refunded that portion of the registration fee which exceeds the value of the equivalent registration fee (for the equivalent package) to attend the summit virtually.
Any accommodation cancelled will be subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy as below.
Accommodation
Block bookings have been made at A by Adina and Crowne Plaza.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
The rates quoted for accommodation are specially negotiated rates for delegates of the summit. Please do not contact the hotel directly to make accommodation bookings, as the special rates can only be accessed by booking through Consec – Conference and Event Management.
Accommodation can be booked when registering for the summit, alternatively, please contact Consec at adesummit@consec.com.au or phone 02 6252 1200.
Please provide credit card details (which will be forwarded to the hotel directly) to secure your accommodation in accordance with the accommodation booking conditions. Please check the appropriate box on the registration form to authorise the forwarding of your credit card details to the hotel. Take note of the conditions of booking for each of the hotels as provided below. Any requests to change a booking MUST be made in writing to Consec – Conference and Event Management.

- Any changes, amendments or cancellations to your booking must be made on or before 22 October 2025. Any cancellations, no shows or changes to bookings after 22 October 2025 will result in the entire accommodation charge for each room cancelled.
