The PGCS Project and Program Management Symposium is providing an in-person symposium, in a two-day format. There will be masterclasses available to book for in-person attendees only, in a one-day format.
Online registrations will open in late 2026.
In-person Registration Inclusions
- Attendance at all symposium sessions (25 & 26 May 2027).
- Morning/afternoon teas and lunches as per the program.
- Free invitation to the symposium networking event.
- The opportunity to network with your peers.
- Access to the trade exhibition.
- Name badge.
- Certificate of attendance.
Masterclass Registration Inclusions

Government/Defence rates apply to delegates with a valid government or defence email address. Please register with your defence or government email at time of registration.
Student rates apply to full time students of recognised Australian tertiary educational institutions (universities). Please provide your student ID number and a photo of your student ID upon registration.
Academic rates apply to full time members (staff) of a recognised tertiary educational institution (universities). Please provide your university ID number upon registration.
Speaker rates apply to people selected to present a paper during the symposium. Speakers are required to register for the symposium.

- Early Bird Registration fees are available online until Wednesday 21 April 2027.
- Standard Registration fees are available online from Thursday 22 April 2027 through to Wednesday 19 May 2027.
Important Notes
- All costs are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
- Participation at the symposium is conditional on registration being paid by Wednesday 19 May 2027.
- Your registration is not confirmed until full payment has been received.

Symposium Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Any cancellation must be made in writing to Consec – Conference and Event Management at pgcs@consec.com.au.
- A full refund, less a cancellation fee of $155.00 including GST, will be made on registration cancellations received on or before 12 April 2027.
- No refund will be made on any registration cancellation received after 12 April 2027.
- Substitute delegates are permitted up until 10 May 2027.
- Any changes made to a registration within seven (7) days of the symposium will incur a $40.00 (inc. GST) administrative fee.
Continuing Professional Development
The symposium provides delegates with a statement of attendance that is accepted by many professional organisations including:
PMI PDUs: 1 PDU per hour spent in a symposium session or masterclass.
AIPM CPD Points:
Attending the symposium (A03) 2 points per hour (maximum of 10 points).
Attending a masterclass (B08) 2 points per hour (maximum of 12 points for six hours).
ICCEA Recertification points: Two points to CCEAs who report having attended the symposium.
