Registration Terms and Conditions

  • Early Bird Registration fees are available online up to – Sunday 31 August 2025
  • Standard Registration fees are available online from – Monday 1 September 2025 to Friday 21 November 2025

Important Notes: 

  • All costs are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. 
  • Participation at the conference is conditional on registration being paid. 
  • Your registration is not confirmed until full payment has been received. 
Refund and cancellation policy terms and conditions: 

Paid delegates who find themselves unable to attend the Conference after submitting a registration form are most welcome to nominate a substitute. In the case of a cancellation, delegates must inform Consec – Conference and Event Management in writing of their inability to attend. 

A refund of the registration fee, less a cancellation fee of $66.00 (AUD) including GST, will be made on registration cancellations received up to 1 November 2025. 

NO refund will be made on any registration or social function cancellation received after 1 November 2025. Any change made to a registration within seven (7) days of the conference will incur a $40 administrative fee.
