The Australian Seed Federation (ASF) is the peak industry body representing the Australian seed sector at the local, state, national and international levels.

ASF works to advance a strong, innovative and sustainable seed industry, representing the interests of members across the entire seed value chain — from plant breeding and production to processing, distribution and trade. Through its advocacy, standards development and industry leadership, ASF plays a critical role in supporting food security, agricultural innovation and market growth.

ASF is also the official Australian member of the International Seed Federation (ISF) and the Asia and Pacific Seed Alliance (APSA), ensuring Australian members are connected to global networks, regulatory developments and market opportunities.
