Leadership Forum

The Leadership Forum is a practical, interactive workshop designed for leaders across the seed supply chain. Held as part of Seed Business 2026, this three-hour session combines DISC behavioural profiling with practical communication strategies to help participants better understand themselves, strengthen team performance, and improve commercial conversations across the industry.

Drawing on real seed and agricultural business scenarios, the forum delivers tools that can be applied immediately in leadership, operational and customer-facing roles.

2026 Leadership Forum Facilitator: Georgia Stormont

We are pleased to welcome Georgia Stormont as facilitator of the 2026 Leadership Forum.

Georgia is a leadership coach and communication specialist who works with individuals and teams to build self-awareness, strengthen relationships and improve performance. With prior experience working directly in the seed industry, she brings a practical understanding of the sector alongside her expertise in behavioural profiling and communication.

Through her work at Curious Georgia Coaching, she supports professionals to better understand behavioural styles and apply practical strategies that enhance communication, leadership effectiveness and workplace dynamics.

In this interactive session, Georgia will guide participants through DISC behavioural profiling and real-world application, helping leaders adapt their approach, reduce friction in communication, and lead with greater clarity and confidence.

The final segment focuses on implementation.

Participants will identify two to three clear actions to apply immediately in their role, including:
