Early Bird period

  • Opens: Wednesday, 3 December 2025
  • Closes: Friday, 15 May 2026 at 11.59 pm AEST

Standard period

  • From: Saturday, 16 May 2026
  • Closes: Thursday, 13 August 2026 or when sold out

  • Capacity is limited across all categories.
  • Women in Seed Lunch and Seed Business Challenge tickets are ticketed separately.
  • The Gala Dinner and Welcome Reception are included with a Full Convention Pass.
  • Prices shown are per person.
Register Now

Invoices and payment

  • All costs are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
  • All items, except accommodation, must be paid for in advance of the convention.
  • If paying via EFT, payment must be received at least seven (7) days prior to the event.
  • Your registration is not confirmed until full payment has been received.

Changes and substitutions

Name substitutions are permitted until 5.00 pm AEST, Friday 31 July 2026. Update requests must be made in writing to Consec – Conference and Event Management at asf@consec.com.au.

Cancellations and refunds

  • Cancellations received on or before Friday 3 July 2026 will receive a full refund minus a 15% administration fee.
  • No refunds after Saturday 4 July 2026.
  • Non-attendance does not constitute cancellation.
