The Women in Seed Lunch is a flagship event celebrating the contribution, capability and leadership of women across Australia’s seed and agricultural industries.
Held on Day 1 of Seed Business 2026, this lunch provides an inspiring forum for conversation, connection and collaboration. Delegates will hear from accomplished women who are shaping the future of agriculture and agribusiness through innovation, leadership and mentorship.

Claire is a comedian, writer and TV host with a not so secret obsession: horticulture. A trained garden designer, she believes plants are the best life coach.
In this thought provoking and irreverent keynote, Claire explores what nurturing plants can teach us about nurturing careers. From patience and resilience to knowing when to prune, pivot or persevere, she draws powerful parallels between growing a thriving garden and building a thriving professional life.
